1) There is a live guided meditation which is held online via Zoom every 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month (which will be on April 12th and April 26th) at 8p EST, and it is an hour long. There is no script for the guided meditations, as they are co-created in the moment based on the consciousness of the group.

2) There is a monthly sound bath called 'Ancient Healing Frequencies' which combines the vibrations of the voice with Solfeggio tuning forks. It is online via Zoom at 8p EST every 3rd Sunday of each month (next one will be on April 19th) and it is an hour long - during which you are invited to lie down and simply receive. This multi-dimensional guided journey is filled with channeled frequencies to assist each and every participant on their journey.

3) There is an in-person meditation and healing circle every first Saturday of each month (next one will be on April 4th) at 6p CT in Dallas, Texas.
